Domestic & international shipping

We aim to process and ship your order by the next working day. To ensure smooth delivery, provide a phone number so the courier can contact you if needed, especially if you are not home at the time of delivery.

We use either Fastway couriers or An Post delivery services, depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and the courier details. You can track your shipment on Fastway’s website or An Post’s website, depending on the service used.

Please be aware that if the delivery address refuses to accept the goods or if there is no response to a delivery attempt, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, you will be responsible for any charges incurred to re-send the order.

Upon receiving your order, we request that you inspect it for any transit damage or shortages and record any issues on the delivery docket. Please notify us of any problems within 48 hours of receipt. Claims for damage or shortages reported after this period cannot be processed.

If your order does not arrive within five working days or as expected, please contact us via email at hello@kaasieboutique.com, and we will reach out to the carrier on your behalf.

returns & exchanges

If you find that an item isn’t quite right for you, we’re here to help with a refund or exchange, provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please make sure the item is unused and in its original, sellable condition, including all packaging.

Before returning any items, please notify us at Kaasie Boutique to arrange the return. A copy of your receipt must be included with the returned item. Note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To ensure your return is accepted, please package the items securely to prevent any damage during transit. We cannot process returns for items that are damaged due to inadequate packaging. Following these guidelines will help us process your refund or exchange promptly.

damaged or faulty goods

If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, we will cover the return costs and offer you a replacement or a full refund at no additional charge. If you notice that the packaging is visibly damaged upon arrival, please indicate “Delivery Damaged” on the delivery docket when accepting your package. For all other cases where the packaging appears intact, please sign for your goods as “Unchecked.”

To ensure a smooth resolution, please notify us at Kaasie Boutique about any damage within 48 hours of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot process claims for transit damage reported after this period.

If you receive a faulty item, we’re committed to resolving the issue promptly. Please contact us at Kaasie Boutique within 7 days of receiving your order to report the fault. We’ll arrange for the return of the defective item at no cost to you and offer a replacement or a full refund. To facilitate the return, please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.

For your convenience, include a copy of your receipt with the returned item. We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty goods, and you will not incur any additional charges. If the fault is not reported within 7 days, we may not be able to process your request.
